Unhappy with Results and Bed Side Manner
I went to Dr Zegzula after recommendations & reading reviews. I was shocked at my experience. I got a breast reduction (happy with those results, otherwise would leave 1 star) & mini tummy tuck and lipos of the abdomen. Dr Zegzula was direct which I appreciated at first, but it soon escalated to outright rudeness. After my surgery when I expressed concerns about uneven, lopsided results he told me I was "being unreasonable", "bodies aren't symmetrical", & "if I thought I looked bad now, I should look back at my before pictures." I ended up sobbing standing naked in front of him. He was dismissive of questions & requests-when I mentioned another area I was interested in discussing lipo in, he said "No it's not needed there" and that was the end of discussion. I regret not advocating for myself better. Eventually he admitted liposuction needed but he tried to charge me a surgeon's fee again. I would never recommend him and I will go elsewhere for revision
