Had my Consultation and Booked my Surgery Date!

Decided to start logging my experience here because this place has been SO helpful in my research for liposuction, and there are not many reviews available for this in my area (BC, Canada). I've thought about getting lipo done pretty seriously for the last year or so and finally decided to bite the bullet. I've always carried my excess weight/fat around my middle section while the rest of me has always been slim (apple shape to the core! Lol) and it has been a resistant area even when I lost 20+ pounds. I read extensively online about a lot of the plastic surgeons in the Vancouver area before deciding on Dr. Demianczuk, as he had great reviews on here as well as the rest of the internet. His office girls are lovely and were able to fit me in quite quickly. My consult with Dr. D was great, he said I am an excellent candidate for abdominal lipo because my skin is good quality (good elasticity, no stretch marks, good muscles from no kids) and I am lean with a distinct pocket of fat.
He thought it was best that we do both the front and the back (muffin top area) and I agreed. He said he would give me time to think about it but I was ready to rock and booked my surgery date right then and there! February 26 2021, he could have gotten me in in January even but he very helpfully operates closer to where I live every so often so I chose that option.
Height and weight currently: 5'4", 127lbs

Sorry, I forgot to add an update for my one month pre-op appointment! I had it on January 18. I met with Dr D again to discuss the procedure in more detail, as well as I could ask any more questions I had. I had the "before" photos taken of my abdomen (every woman's dream, aha). I was given a prescription for a painkiller to fill as well as a requisition to have bloodwork/ECG done (standard for any surgery).

Forgot to add them to my update! More before photos taken in better (slash worse....) lighting. You can really see how I have just a big blob of a tummy and how out of proportion it looks; the rest of me is slim!
