Office review: they canceled the operation at the last minute

I live in Istanbul and decided to do liposuction with Dr.Orman at Trio Clinic. As requested I booked by paying deposit bank transfer. During final check up the day before surgery, scheduled since 2 weeks and for which my husband specially came back from France, the clinic manager informed us in a rude and aggressive way that all expenses should be pay immediately and by cash or they should significantly increased agreed price. As we wanted to pay by bank transfer and refused to pay this surgery by cash both for ethical and safety reasons and complained about this last minute new requirement, clinic manager and Dr.Orman decided to cancel the operation! Who are these people for whom tax free benefit matters more than respecting their word and taking care of patients who prepared all for a surgery in advance? We are far from medicine…. What a shameful behavior! Luckily, all Turkish doctors/clinics are not the same.
