13000 Later Dr. Schulman Gave Me 0 Results.

My surgery was done in April of 2019. My photos speak for themselves. I had liposuction and bodytite done on my flanks which were my main complaint. I also had bodytite done on my arms, stomache, and upper back. You can see from my after photos taken over 1 year post op I have 0 results from my surgery. My main complaint was my flank fat. I had 2 consultations with him.. originally I wanted a BBL, but I decided to just address the flank fat issue and possible mild lax skin. You can see dr. Schulman did no perform my surgery on my flanks properly. There should have been incisions made on my hip area on both sides of my flanks to remove the fat in those areas properly. He made one incision in my lower back right above my butt crack only. He was not able to reach the flank fat correctly which is why I look the same. I have not gained any weight since my pre and post op photos, I have been going to the gym and eating the same amount of calories. If anything there is a buildup of scar tissue under my skin where he performed these surgeries which made me look worse. After I woke up from my surgery I was carted out of the office waiting room in a wheelchair in front of a room full of patients. One of the nurses who carted me outside and started swearing about my boyfriend not parking quickly enough. She basically shoved me into the car and grabbed the wheelchair and stormed off without saying anything. After my surgery I was given a compression garment that was too tight for me. I have video evidence. I wore it for 5 days before my post op appointment with HIS NURSE. I told him I could not breathe before and he told me to undo the garment. I could only have 1 button of the garment buttoned. The circulation was cut off to my arms and legs and they were numb and I could not move my hands or legs properly. My boyfriend had to cut the garment just so I could walk and feel my arms and legs. I was given an extra small. At my post op appointment the nurse gave me a huge attitude and acted like I was being dramatic about the garment not fitting. We did a fitting and the medium was the correct size for me. She then told me I had to pay for a replacement garment and piece of foam. Later I was given 1 garment and foam for free because they knew they gave me the wrong size. The whole time the nurse was extremely rude and seemed angry to even have to deal with me at all. I payed for another 2nd garment myself. After that experience I did not want to go back to the office again. I wore my garments and foam every day for almost 6 months. I knew after consulting with another surgeon that my surgery was done incorrectly. I am over a year post op and my body looks the same as before my surgery, if not worse from scar tissue. After my negative experiences with the office staff and Dr. Schulman incompetence I decided there was no reason to go back. The best case scenario I would have been given was to pay for anesthesia costs and have Dr. Schulman waive his surgical fee to correct the obvious mistake he made. I did not feel comfortable with him working on me again or his staff being competent and caring enough to ensure my safety and aftercare. I tried to get a charge back from care credit for my issue. I was denied. I was given a call personally from someone at care credit who told me "she agreed in her personal opinion from the photos the surgery was not successful, but they could not do anything." She told me to seek legal assistance. If you see this Dr. Schulman I would like you to either correct the flank area issue that you did not perform properly or give me a refund. I spent so much money and I did not get any result.
