The recovery for me, was speedy with minimal discomfort. I was at work in 4 days and working out in 7 days, although this can be different for everyone. Doctor Sieber and his team are very responsive and follows up/checks in constantly. Also, I can't express the importance of staying active and eating healthy post surgery to maintain and improve results.
