Worst experience of my life - devastated by the work I had done

I thought a long time about whether or not I would write this review… but I am absolutely devastated by the work I had done at this office. My inner thighs were so bad AFTER SURGERY that I felt 100x more embarrassed of them 5 months post operation than I was before I got started. They had large uneven lumps. I was given a very hard time about getting a revision and they kept telling me they couldn’t get me in. Finally once they agreed to do it I had to travel once again from Cleveland, OH to Chicago, IL at my own expense for the revision. The surgery is expensive enough and then to add two trips each with a $500 hotel, $100 in tolls and however much in gas was ridiculous.

I was treated less than human by everyone there, but no one treated me as awful as Charisse. I already felt so small getting cosmetic surgery, but having to go back and not only not get any apology, but be treated as awful as I was made me sick. Now that I have gotten the revision, my scars are very bad on my legs and I have fat divots. It’s not even worth going back or complaining to these very disrespectful people. Charisse also charged the wrong card for my surgery even though I reminded her several times what I wanted - and her big way of making it right was to give me a free garment…

I am now getting assistance from Sonobello and they have completely given me a better experience. I read every review before I went to this office in Chicago and I was so excited to start working on a transformation, but I wish I would’ve seen just one honest review like this to turn me in a different direction.
