I have been getting aesthetic procedures for the last 20 years or so and have seen many plastic surgeons for consultations with occasional small procedures. I have been solely seeing Dr. Ashpole for the last 10 years and I would let any other doctor perform work on me. He has a wonderful bedside manner and has no problem saying no to me if he thinks I’m overdoing something like filler or Botox. I’ve had doctors who would have me undress and mark me endlessly with a pen telling me what I should fix and I’d leave feeling worse than when I came! Dr. Ashpole has never done that and will actually turn me away if he thinks I’m being too hard on myself. I trust him to make sure the pain is as minimal as is in his control and that he will do everything to make sure I’m safe and comfortable. He’s the best doctor I really can’t say enough. I believe in him and his work infinitely!

It was a good experience. My waist was about 31.5 in and I got down to about 28. The first week of healing was tough for me, but day by day it got easier. I was about to move around, but I’m not great with pain. All in all I’m happy with the results.

I was so hesitant when i started this journey. And i am so glad i commited. I was blessed to have the lovely Charisse do my consult and she was very thorough and made me feel so comfortable. The doctor was amazing and so funny!! My experience was incredible and I already have referred my friends.

I had my procedure on June 16, 2023, Airsculpt and Airsculpt + upper/lower abdomen for phase 1. My coordinator did a good job following up, but at times the return emails were slow. I think because they were so busy. I have my procedures in phases based on how I'd need to rest the areas. Phase 1 upper lower abdomen. Phase 2 waist/hips, flanks upper lower back, bra roll and fat transfer. The procedure was fairly simple. I was taken to a room where I waited for the doc. Vitals were taken then photos. The doctor went over my expected results. I was told I would not have a totally flat belly because of my shape but to wait 6 months for final results before deciding on a tiny tuck. After I went through sharpie gate, I was taken to the operating room and given an antibiotic a Xanax and maybe one other pill. Compression leg pads were added to prevent blood clots in the legs, then I got a shot to numb my areas. Now, I was told I'd have 3 incision points, left abdomen, right abdomen and belly button. I actually had 2 incision points in my belly. I wasn't told why (see photo). During the procedure, there was no communication like you see in all the videos on YouTube lol. I didn't get to select my music again like they suggest on YouTube. I was sedated so I suppose it didn't matter lol. I felt the removal of fat from the ribs. It was more uncomfortable than painful. If people say it doesn't hurt or you feel nothing they are LYING! The procedure took about 1-1.5 hours. I did not talk to the doctor. When he was done he left. This was one of the things I did not like. He didn't say how much he removed, what to expect how it went. Nothing... The nurse did show me a container of fat at one point, but that was it. The nurse then put me in a compression garment and a foam board with instructions. There were no instructions on what to do with the 4 medications prescribed except the antibiotics. Then I went home. The pain happened on days 2-3 especially standing and walking but once I started moving I was fine. Walking helps the process of healing faster. I would say my frequent walks helped me go back to work afterwards. The drainage is tumescent fluid not blood I believe. It's red and looks like blood. If that was blood I drained then I think I would have been lightheaded because it was a lot. I did receive a follow up call the day after and asked about the meds. 1 was for pain, 1 for nerve pain, one for nausea and the other was an antibiotic. I am on week 2 and a day. I will say this was worth it as the results really are immediate. I am down 4 sizes and I feel good. Now I just need to figure out about the open pores (that's what ot looks like) on my stomach and wait out the itching (nerves waking up), the swelling and hard as a rock lower half. Updated on 26 Jul 2023: 5 weeks post op and I love my body. They say it's not for weight loss, but with a good meal regime and determination, you can have the body you want, with airsculpt of course lol. I am down from an 18/20 to 10/12, 2xl to a medium. Inches lost and -15 lbs since the procedure. It's so worth it!!! Updated on 21 Aug 2023: Photos I took today and some old photos so you can see the difference. Two months post op!!!! I added this for one of the viewers. I also did a video but it's too big. Will try to compress. I promise yall this procedure is the business! #StillHappy I am down 20 pounds and hoping to be down 20 more before phase 2. What do yall think? LMK of you ja e any questions.

I have been getting Botox and have done different laser/facial services with Dr Ashpole and staff. I have been very happy with the results! Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. I will continue coming to this office and provider and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for these services.

It was an awesome experience. I had morpheus8 done and it was spread with a month apart. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk to during and after the procedure. The price is very reasonable. Definitely recommended.

I had a breast augmentation done this past May. It was my first surgery ever and my first cosmetic procedure as well. I was nervous at first, but from my consultation appointment to my 6 month postop appointment, Dr. Ashpole and his staff made the experience amazing. He is a great surgeon and always took the time to listen to my wishes, concerns, questions, etc. He was very straight forward from the beginning about what to expect with the surgery and I really appreciated that. Him and his staff are all super friendly, knowledgable, and welcoming. I couldn’t be happier with my results, I feel so much more confident in my appearence now. I would 100% recommend Dr. Ashpole to anyone who is considering having a breast augmentation done.
