5 Months and Counting

Well ladies, I can't believe it's been 5 months already.
This has been a journey and definitely a lesson in patience. The swelling in my lower stomach is better, but still present.
It's hard because I know what it is and that it could take a few more months to be considered "done". But I see other girls who are flat and gorgeous and I get flat belly envy ????
I'm happy for those ladies and just have to wait for mine. I've hit the gym hard and am working on my abs and trying to get my arms back together. I've gained weight in them unfortunately through this process of not working out for 90 days. I'm sort of addicted to building them now. It keeps my mind off of recovery. The swelling in my back is minimal. Overall, I'm happy. Wish I would have asked the Dr. to shape my waist more. It's not as small as I wanted. But oh well.
Well ladies, I've moved forward with my breast lift and augmentation. It was always part of my plan. I wanted to heal from the first sx and then complete my body work with the second sx.
It was last Monday and I'm now back in recovery. I've created a review for this journey as well. Check it out when you have time.
Meanwhile, I've uploaded a few pics of the progress from this sx.

3 Months Post Op TT, BBL & Lipo. Excited About Progress.

Hello ladies
I'm officially 3 months Post Op now. My progress has been slow but steady. My incision is healed and I've been using Mederma and Silicone strips for the scars. A fellow babe told me about using Nexcare tape to hold the silicone strips on for longer use. That works really well to ensure they stay on. I don't know if it's working on the scar but I continue just in case. I still have puffiness on my lower stomach but it's decreased since my last update. From what I've read on RS, it could take 3-6 months, or longer. The key, for me, is to resist the urge to measure it every day, lol. I can hide it in some of my clothes so I'm good. I don't wear my Faja everyday but I wear a waist cincher and a Lipo board most days. Today I bought compression pants with tummy control. The cheeks are out so it won't smash my BBL. I use a smaller waist cincher over it. It's working nicely. My masseuse also told me to use Vicks on my puffy stomach at night. He said to alternate hot and cold compresses as well for the swelling. I plan to try that this week also. Lastly he advised me to begin light ab exercises using a band.
Overall, I'm still very pleased with my sx. The extra skin I had on my lower stomach Pre Sx. was so embarrassing. Ive continued with my massages and am also getting laser treatments periodically for the puffiness. The swelling in my back comes and goes but the compresses should help that. It's random. I can now hit the gym again also which I'm very happy about. Ive gained 9 pounds since the sx. That's not cool. I'll get it back on track though. Gotta put in the work. My hubby loves the new look and that's what's up.
This is my year ladies, 51 and fabulous.
