Still no regrets
The edema is going down significantly but it is still there. I notice my stomach slimming down more and more each day. I haven’t gotten back into the gym yet but I know that’s only going to make things look better. I am so happy I made the decision to have this done!
Over a month in, current status
I’m over a month in now and I am still very happy with my results. I’m still wearing my faja almost 24/7 by choice... I was only told to wear it for a full month but I feel more comfortable with it on. I still have a hard section under my bellybutton... it goes towards the right side and it shows most when I’m bloated (normally at the end of the day). I put on pants without my faja last week and they actually fell off! I haven’t gone back to the gym yet but plan to this week. I have another follow up appointment on January 15th and I plan to discuss getting lipo/Smart Lipo on my thighs, buttocks and knees (he likes doing it there so I’ll trust him). Overall I am still very glad I made the decision to have this done.
The faja makes a big difference!
I was developing a burn and crease from the surgical binder but since switching to a faja a couple days ago the crease has gone away and I am finally comfortable. It took a couple times to get used to taking it off and on but now it’s no big deal. The faja is crotchless but I’m choosing not to use that feature.
So far the decision to get the smart lipo/lipo is the best decision I ever made... I can’t wait to see how much slimmer I get. I had instant gratification on my back but I was experiencing edema on my stomach which is still present but definitely is settling down.
My only regret right now is not getting this done on my thighs and buttocks area.
