Over promised and under delivered results

I am so disappointed and saddened by my results received in lipo 360 with Dr. Santiago at the glow plastic surgery in Mclean Virginia. At the end of the day, he over promised and underdelivered results. Their social media boasts that they do aggressive lipo which would be 5 liters in Virginia. In real life, I was told he could only do 4 L because I was too small despite me being quite literally obese. Then after surgery I found out they had actually only removed around 3 L. I would have never gone to Dr. Santiago had I known what little he would do. I regret my surgery every day and I hate the results he left me with. Not to mention he removed much less fat in certain areas than others. I wish I had chose another doctor who could have removed the amount of fat Dr. Santiago and his staff pretend they will remove. The whole surgery experience was so traumatic and the staff at the facility was terrible I can't believe I went through all of that for such minimal results.

I have a ton of fat that could have been removed, I am NOT a bmi patient I actually have a high BMI. I can only imagine how little fat he would remove from patients with normal BMI if he only took 3L from a high BMI patient. I have seen other doctors do much more for much smaller patients so I will never understand why they did so little for my body. Also the fat was removed unevenly as you can see I have more rolls on one side than the other, the top half of my stomach also has far more fat.
