1 year now post op and It still has not healed correctly

I travelled to Poland alone. I had a consult with him prior where he answered my questions - I had a lot of questions as I was anxious.
Prior to the surgery which was done with local anaesthia, I asked him to show me the lip markings before he started to cut, he agreed and then proceeded to do the opposite - he drew them on and started cutting immediately - when he finished, he wouldn't let me look at it. He just covered it and sent me on my way.
When I took the plaster down days later as he instructed, I realised the stitching was very wonky and it was not placed under the natural crease of my nose. I hoped it would heal well regardless.
I went to a doctor in the UK to take the stitches down as he said I could fly back home and do that and then I noticed there were holes in my suture line - I emailed his assistant many times telling them there were issues with the scar healing and holes especially near my nose alar and she basically told me it would heal in time and it never did.

1 year now post op and It still has not healed correctly, the scar still even worse now and it is very visible because of where he placed it and I asked for him for a revision and he refused. Now i'm thinking about it, I don't want him touching my face again and potentially making it worse but all in all I wished I chose a different doctor. Horrible experience!
