Scar (Post Suture Removal)
Got my sutures removed today. Here's what the scar looks like. I am deliberately tilting my far head back so you all can see (sorry for so much nostril show).
I will start to use the scar ointment next week (as advised). Dr. also said the tiny bubbling was normal. I only expect improvement from here. Nevertheless, the results are totally worth it.

Headed back to Delray Beach this morning to get the stitches out. Woo Hoo!

Day 3 PO - First Encouter with the Family!
I'm still a little swollen around my nose and under my eyes. Stitches are still in and I applied a little ointment across them.
Went over my parents house with my hair thrown up in a top bun, no makeup and told them I was coming down with a slight sinus infection (hence the puffy eyes and swelling) No one blinked. Stitches and all!!! hahahaha! (this is the same mom who told me my nose was big after my rhino). lol.

Dr. Mascaro is very friendly, yet professional. He understands the intricacies of ethnic faces - what's realistic/aesthetically pleasing and what's not. In addition, he prides his practice maintaining a natural look while keep the integrity of one's face and ethnicity. I will update my review post surgery as I cannot speak to his artistry, bedside manner, and final outcome as of yet.
