I’m very excited and nervous for my upcoming lip lift with Dr Mascaró in 10 days. I found him here on RealSelf from reading others review. I live in Florida a few hours drive away. That’s convenient but isn’t the reason I chose him. I would’ve travelled if I preferred another Dr. We had a FaceTime consultation and I like the feeling of him, how he is and what he said. Anytime I get nervous and doubt if this is a good idea I go back to RealSelf or IG, look at pictures, read reviews and feel calm and confident again that I really want to do this and that he is the one.
My nose area is red on the pictures cause I’ve had a runny nose past couple of days.
Any tips and support is welcomed. :)

I like my lips but the top lip is too low and heavy on the bottom lip.
One more week. I try to focus more on the excitement part rather than the nervous part. Can’t wait.

You're gonna look like Bella Hadid after your lip lift! I'm only 2 days post-op from my lip lift with Dr. Mascaro and I'm beyond thrilled. He is seriously amazing!!! I'm so excited for you!

I was worried about that too but my lip lift was on thurs so I'm only 2 days post op but the incision is so tiny and neat that I highly doubt you'll be able to see the scar at all.

Good luck tomorrow. No need to fret..it seems that Dr. M is the best there is with LL’s. I haven’t seen one bad result on RS from him. You are beautiful now, just think how GORGEOUS you’ll look very soon. I had mine done over a year ago, with a ps here in Chicago. I love my lips now!!

My lip lift was done by Dr. Sweis in Chicago. My scar is virtually invisible. I can see it (barely) with no makeup on and in the direct sunlight. My ps has a great technique with her stitches.

The last pictures I posted are 72 h old. So pretty current. But I can post some new updates later today or tomorrow. I recommend Dr Mascaró :)

Just did it!!! So proud of myself that I actually did it. From what I see so far, I will love it. Im so excited and wanna smile the whole time, but I won’t. Driving to hotel now. Looking forward to lay down and rest. These pictures I took as soon as I got up from the table.

yes, fresh out. can’t believe it’s finally done and it will get better and better for everyday. I love dr M, so nice, so cool, positive, confident (but not in an fruit way at all!) just super perfect. my opinion :) Thank you xo

Are you icing the incision? Sleep with two pillows, it helps with swelling. I had a Liplift a year ago, and it’s just the best surgery I’ve had to give my face more balance

icing 20 mins every hour and 3 pillows under my head :) I can totally see ow lot of people would get a nice balance from this. so far I’m happy I did. after 1 year, is everything fully healed and will stay the same? no complaints or so that might have not known if before? xo

Hi there. Absolutely in awe with my results a year later. I measure it (lol) every week to make sure there’s no drooping. It’s completely healed, and no visible scar whatsoever. Look up my profile! I’d love to hear your opinion on my first anniversary. My ps promised me that it should last 15 yrs!!???

Your lips do look beautiful . You're very lucky. My lips are very thin. i tried to make a facetime appointment this week but Dr. Mascaro didn't have any openings.. ..
