Botched and disregarded - my lips look uneven and a bit abnormal

I was a long time patient of the doctors' and was always pretty happy with the care I received, although the facial fat transfer they did for me did not age very well nor correct the issues at hand, and my nose is very asymmetrical but I’m fine with that because I know it’s mostly genetic. Regardless, I felt taken care of, so I decided to give them another shot recently for my lip injections. Dr. Soleiman performed the initial injections and used just under half a syringe. After about a week, it became clear that I would need some evening out, as one side of my top lip was thinner than the other, as well as very lumpy. When I called to make a follow up appointment I was told that the doctors no longer do injectables and that I'd have to see their nurse. I expressed my concern but there was no wavering- I was told that the doctors simply didn't have time because they were booked solid with surgery. The nurse they hired was very nice, and did what she could to massage out my lumps, but when it came to evening me out, she told me that she uses a different technique than the doctors do. This means that one side of my upper lip was injected differently than the other. To make matters worse, Dr. Soleiman was in his office across the hall the entire time I was there and never even came in to check on me or advise the nurse. I felt so awful. I emailed the doctors to express my disappointment and to ask for at least a partial refund and never heard back. My lips look uneven and a bit abnormal now, about 6 weeks out from injections. I didn't think they were like this. I feel guilty for all the people I’ve sent them over the years.
