Compassionate Staff!
Hello! This was my second time choosing Nana for a surgical procedure! My experience with them has been nothing but the best. This time I was getting v-line contouring with Dr. Kwon Byung Yun! I am also coming back again for a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Kim Il Hwan.
The English consultation team at Nana was amazing and helped me through everything I needed. Jasmine and Jenny really helped answer so many questions and treated me like a friend throughout the whole process at Nana! I cannot thank them enough.
When I met with Dr. Kwon Byung Yun, he carefully explained how my v-line surgery would be performed and made me feel very confident about the whole procedure!
Surgery day I was pretty nervous. The staff at Nana made sure my surgery would go safely by running a lot of tests to fully make sure I was ready for surgery. I am so grateful to have had such wonderful nurses who took amazing care of me after surgery. While I was in post op care, Dr. Kwon Byung Yun also checked up on me a few hours after my surgery to see how I was doing because I had high blood pressure. The English team also was there for me and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be for my overnight stay.
I am still very much healing but I am so excited for my results! I am super amazed with Nana and can’t wait to come back in the future!
