A: hello, puffiness and shadows are usually caused by aging or genetics. I suggest undergoing under-eye fat removal or repositioning surgery for you. it is a simple operation to improve the dullness of the eyes caused by sagging muscles and bulging fat layer on the lower eyelid. In some cases, the excess skin can be removed.

A: I would recommend you to have facial contouring(square jaw) surgery to achieve a slimmer, more defined jawline and it also can improve your asymmetrical. According to your photos & age, you probably don't need facial lifting right now, you can decide facial lifting later.

Q: Fasting before surgery - when should I have my last meal before surgery?

A: The amount of time you have to go without food or drink (fast) before you have your operation will depend on the type of operation(General or Sleep Anesthesia) you're having.So before your surgery, you should call to the hospital for more instructions.

A: Undergoing multiple procedures in one surgery reduces the number of recovery periods. the procedures you mentioned above are the most common combining procedures in plastic surgery so it’s safe to combine the desired procedures. Going to the same doctor for all 3surgeries or only one depends on which doctor you will meet. Most surgeons perform all surgeries also most perform 1 or 2. So before you consult, search about doctor's professionalism and before and after. That might help you while you consider the surgery.
