I went to Gikas for a cuter, uplifted nose. Instead what I got was a really skinny nose that totally does not fit my face. Plus, I am hispanic and we do not have super skinny noses. Even if I was white I wouldn't like it, it just doesn't look attractive at all. And I never asked him to make it skinny in the first place! He did not listen to me and what I wanted at all, he just did what he wanted, and it looks horrible! I am so unhappy about how I look now, even more than before the surgery :(
