I’m actually absolutely abhorred by the way I’ve been treated starting from before my operation to during the operation to after the operation. Before surgery: I've had to double email and call the office multiple times to get any response back. During surgery: I woke up to find a complete stranger (NOT DR. BOUTTE) doing the surgery! I had no clue who the guy was and was never made aware of his existence prior to surgery. After surgery: I've had some post-surgery complications and I've been trying my butt off to contact Nurse Lee and Dr. Boutte. Not a single reply call from any one. Absolutely the worst treatment I've had from a doctor EVER!

Despite all her videos about her much she cares about her patients and how much support and attention she gives her patients, it seems like a lie. I hadn't been treated like she cares at all.
