I always knew Dr. Waldman was terrific, but I receive promotional emails from the office and saw this today:

There are certain celebrity doctors who are all about self promotion and charge outrageous fees for their branded procedures, and then there are other doctors who are highly skilled, providing top quality care, yet not overcharging their patients. Dr. Waldman falls into the latter category.

Every time I leave doctor Waldman's office, I feel so much better. He doesn't just repair my face but also helps build my damaged self esteem. His office is top rated in plastic surgery within Lexington; and in this case, the accolade is well deserved. When I say he knows more than the "top" doctor I saw previously, in specific, I was referring to how he informed me that pre-jowl deficiency is common among genioplasty patients and that the problem can be approached with a bit of filler. He also talked to me about weakening of the muscle because I had a unilateral implant. The other doctor, Dr. Yaremchuk, had told me my entire chin appeared "stuck on," but then I awoke with one side of my jaw having been operated on, unable to move my lip on the affected side and a huge crooked scar under my chin. I wish to God I had seen Dr. Waldman first!
Doctor Waldman has performed rhinoplasties on a number of physicians, and I think that's a good sign that other doctors trust him to work on their noses. I've never had a rhinoplasty myself, but I wouldn't have a problem going to him for any type of facial surgery in the future. I'm about to post some new pics of the Belotero injections.

hi you have an unique face was your face always like that I liketo show doctors pictures of my face before aging tremendously due to illness so they dont change my face

Sad thing is all the disfiguration was caused in Sept 2014 by Dr. Yaremchuk, and if you look at the photos under my other reviews from the same year, you can see I had no signs of age related damage and my face was tight and youthful. I really liked my face before Dr. Yaremchuk touched it. What I asked for from Dr. Yaremchuk was MORE volume in the anterior cheek, so that in profile I had a curve instead of flatness. He ended up cutting my eyes, creating under eye bulges, stripping all the fat from my face, making my face crooked, damaging multiple nerves, etc.
Dr. Waldman is like a miracle worker. He's helped to camouflage some of the damage. If I don't smile and if I hold my chin out, the left side of my face almost looks normal again because you don't see all the bulges and sagging. When choosing a doctor, please consider that doctor's moral character. And don't believe everything you read online, without extensive verification.

i understand the thing is that the doctor should have told you to go with fillers and they last up to 2 years i wouldnt mess around with inplants to tell you the truth theres a filler called radiesse which in good hands can help you and will help you grow your own collagen to tell you the truth you didnt even need the prodedure God bless

In the first "after" pic there's one syringe in each cheek. I've heard others say it doesn't work or who have lumps, but Dr. Waldman was extremely precise, and he knew where to perform the injection to make the overlying tissue pop up. If you're younger, find a skilled injector because it DOES work, at least in my opinion. you do NOT want cheek implants. Filler will allow you to smile and move your face normally and it actually builds collagen by stimulating in vivo production, so over time, you're supposed to need less and less.

Ok, so I was just looking up hyaluronidase here on RealSelf, and it made me appreciate even more just how good Dr. Waldman is at what he does. I had no lumps or bumps, and the voluma transitioned flawlessly and gave me a beautiful, high cheekbone in exactly the right place.
When he injected the Belotero, he would not inject the entire syringe because he stated it could occlude the lymphatics and have bad results. If you look at people who have had their eyes overinjected with Belotero, he was exactly right. I just have so much respect for him, both as a doctor and a person.

Yes the eyes are super delicate. That is the best choice of all facial fillers for the eye area. I have had it in that area and was pleased with the result.

You look amazing. Dr Waldman is a compassionate person and highly skilled surgeon. Great choice. I'm thrilled to hear that you are happy after your long recovery.
