4 months post op. Treatments for my under eye hallow bags at 24 years old.

I have never encountered such a rude doctor in my entire life. And I’ve had multiple procedures done. I met with dr Adam sheiner to go over the treatments for my under eye hallow bags which were different than all the pictures he had posted.
We had a little consult on the best approach to fix this and he said surgery. I didn’t decide on agreeing with surgery until after the consult, therefor I had many questions regarding surgery so I decided to book one more appointment before surgery to ask what I needed. So I go in with my boyfriend 6 days before surgery and the first thing the doctor said to me was “ what are you doing here again?” I was dumbfounded. How dare you speak to somebody who is spending almost $9000 with you like that. My boyfriend was blown away.Like I said prior, the results he posted were very different to what I was dealing with, so I wanted to make sure this was something he thought would be fixed by the surgery, he cut me off on every single question I asked and got offended almost, ge snarked back “ if you’re doubting this and me maybe surgery isn’t for you” of course I’m having concerns, I’m 24 years old and I haven’t seen any other pictures of people with this issue on your pages. Then proceeds to tell me “ it will look better” The doctor soon left and kelsie came in, I let her know how rude the doctor was, she told me he probably got a “little offended” since people don’t usually doubt him. That’s so unprofessional, and he needs to work on himself as a person and doctor if he can’t handle someone having doubts. kelsie ended up giving me way more information about the surgery than the doctor himself.Surgery comes around, they have me arrive at 3pm even though I didn’t go into surgery until 5-5:30. I saw the doctor for maybe 2 minutes before and then when I was being wheeled in. Surgery went well the anesthesiologist and surgery nurses were the best part about it all, they were caring and comforting.I go in the next couple days for the first check up to meet the doctor, to which he was still rude and making snarks “ remember how much you doubted the surgery beforehand?” Yes I remember and my feelings are still valid because it didn’t eliminate the lines I wanted to be gone. Sure it made them a little better But my eyes are still hallow and I still have deep lines just like before the surgery.I go in at 8 days post op and tell the doctor I had to stop taking one of the medications because I couldn’t eat for 4 days with them, as I got so so sick. The doctor demanded “ you CANT do that! You DO NOT stop taking medications without talking to me!” Which I understand, but again that is NOT how you talk to someone. It was a Saturday evening and nobody was available for me to talk to, so I called my regular doctor to which they said yes stop taking them. Everyone knows how you need to eat to heal, and that wasn’t an option for me.He told me my eyes were healing really nicely after stating “ your result may be ruined from stopping the valacyclovir “There is one spot on my eye that wasn’t healed he stated that could be The HSV1, of course I’m not expert but it literally just looks like a tad of moist skin. It’s almost gone but the way he made me feel like I completely ruined my results- uncalled for.( as I’m writing this I am almost one month post op and I had no herpe breakout)I did not go in on my last post op check up appointment because I dreaded to see the doctor to which kelsie told me that it wasn’t necessary for me to come in, the women who I was texting maybe Anna? Hasn’t been good at responding. She told me she could have my skin care products delivered by mail to which I of course agreed on. I have text twice since then and no response ok if they were ever sent out.Bottom line, I’m still seeing the same exact problems I was worried he wouldn’t be able to fix and it looks like I’ll be going to another dr to give me the final result I was hoping for.I’m 4 months post op and I’m absolutely devistated that he ruined my face at 24 years old. I’ve emailed his office 6 times and got no response after my surgery. Absolutely disgusted no wonder he has to pay to be on tv. It’s the only way anyone would be fooled to go to him.
