Here's my breakdown and history:
I have been a patient with dr Hankins since 2004, he was new to Vegas at the time. Before My first procedures, breast looked like pancakes (34dd) and my tummy had stretch marks/loose skin galore after having a baby. He had done my breast augmentation 560cc ( 34f/g depending if wearing freya or panache) along with a tummy tuck.
Then in 2011 I had implNts removed, replaced with 300cc and lift (bra size was 32dddd, Chantelle or wacoal brand) Looked even better (should've done this the first time around as he suggested, so take his advice). But now 2015 I was done with having any implants at all so I just recently went back and had my implants removed under local, in the office. They aren't as perky and full but I do miss having no weight on my chest. Won't be as saggy as before all the surgeries since I had already done a lift. I will post before and afters shortly. Long story short, I highly recommend dr Hankins for your cosmetic needs. One of the major major pluses is Bambi, his nurse, a total asset and love those two as a team.
Back to the implant removal. The entire procedure itself was about 15 minutes? It was done under local. I don't see any rippling or indentations, it's just soft, but since I had a lift previously it doesn't sag much. However I have no volume on top. I'll just wear a push up when I need to.
Pain doesn't kick in til later that day, and the pain comes from the incision site only (for me). I have 2 drainage tubes and can't wait to remove them. Has to be in for a week. I was told no down time, but everyone is different. I've been in bed rest 3 days now. Only able to move around after I take painkillers. I'm really excited to see what my bra size will be after I'm healed. Hoping to go back to my original d-dd cups. I will update this review in a few weeks with photos
