Dr. Hankins Gave Me Freedom! - Las Vegas, NV

Consultation: Bambi was the nurse I got the incredible opportunity to speak with at my consultation and I was able to ask every question possible and she had an answer. I knew her answers were real, she didn't hesitate a second to answer any of my questions which really put my heart at ease. Pre Op: After my consultation, I did a lot and I mean a lot of research. I found a lot of YouTube videos and watched their process and recovery. which I feel helped me a lot at my Pre Op. The nurse I got, was sweet don't get me wrong, but I didn't feel 100% comfortable with her. I felt like after all that research I had done, I was telling her how my surgery was going to go. She didn't look me in the eyes like Bambi did while speaking. She read off of the paper they give you in a packet. Next time, just let me read it myself you know? I felt like either she was new there maybe, although she did get Dr. Hankins to answer my questions I had which was helpful.Post Op:I saw Bambi!! There she was to remove my bandages and look at my new additions for the first time! She told me about the insurance that comes along with the Mentor implants and the additional insurance I could add. she taught me how to massage and gave me my first sports bra. Let me tell you, it was amazing to be out of those bandages and in a sports bra. 1 week Post Op: I got the same nurse I got for my Pre Op, which I was a bit scared because I was getting my stitches removed. Although, she did her job, she did a good job and gave me another sports bra. She removed the stitches and added new steri strips. 3 Weeks Post Op:I got a nurse named Anna this time and I ask myself was she on vacation while I had my appointments because I wish I had gotten her!! She did such an amazing job answering those last minute questions and like Bambi, she looked at me in the eyes and gave me assurance of what she was telling me. Anna also taught me a new way to massage my breasts. Anna, thank you so much! She also gave me another sports bra. Overall, my experience with the office was amazing even with those insure moments I had. I knew I was in great hands and will definitely be recommending them! Friends, family and even some co workers are asking about where I went! I would do it all again in a hear beat, even knowing now how if feels to recover! I love Dr. Hankins and his office!
