I have been contemplating doing this for quite some time. The thought of dentures was a waste of time and I want to be able to chew and eat if possible like they are my real teeth. After looking into this for 5 or so years and doing my investigating, I've determined I want it done by Dr Golpa. Everything I've seen and heard about him are all top notch! I don't want to have bone grafts or to get a set of wax teeth then come back six months later for my real permanents. I looked at Clear Choice and several others and finally decided that my decision is the right one. I have been very happy with my conversations with Amanda on the phone and emails. All my questions have been answered and I'm sure I'll have more when I get there. I go to Vegas quite regularly so this should be quite handy for me. I hope it goes as well as most reviews say it did for them and look forward to having it done. I will keep posting as it goes and fill you in on my progress. I don't like pain but no pain no gain. Is it expensive? Sure it is. But what I've found over the years is if its expensive there is a reason! I want what I feel is the best and that's what I plan on getting at Dr Golpa's. I will soon post some pics of my teeth as they are now, the new teeth after I have them put in!

My daughter has been suffering with the all on 4 for 4 years now. Not Dr. Golpa, but one closer to us. I hope this dentist is a lot better than the one she has. All he wants is money and he's not doing it right. I mean 4 years and still working on them?

Here's the main reason my teeth were bad. I was sucker punched in a bar 20+ years ago. The assailant punched me in the mouth and face while knocked out! My teeth were cracked from the blows and have went down hill since. The plastic surgeon who put my face back together said he thought the guy must have been wearing brass knuckles based on the shape I was in. I got sick of spending money on a losing proposition! Thats why Im going this route! I essentially gave up on my teeth 6 years ago. They just deteriorated more and more every day.

I wish you the best with your procedure. I just signed up on this website because I'm also getting prepared to have both arches done by Dr. Golpa. I spent forever researching, and considered doctors in a few different countries, but finally decided on Dr. Golpa. I haven't scheduled the actual date yet, but plan to do so this week. I think it's going to be the end of August, but if I have the courage it could be as soon as the second week of August. I'm really scared and anxious, so please keep posting about your procedure.
