I had the Halo Laser. I never met Dr. Richard Bryson. I was under the impression that the Dr. Bryson would be the one advising me on the best treatment. I had my consultation and procedure done by Joy Gibson. I have to say Joy Gibson was friendly and personable. The reason I rate two stars are for the following reasons. I never met with the doctor himself. I spoke with Joy about what my major problems I wanted to target the most on my face. I have acne scars, uneven skin tone and sun spots. The price was not discussed during my consultation, I actually had to ask for the price right before she made my appointment. I also wanted laser hair removal under my arms and was told by Joy we could do it after my Halo procedure. When I arrived I walk right up the counter was never greeted by the ladies at he counter and I had to wait at least 5 minutes before they acknowledged me. My hair laser procedure was never scheduled apparently Joy forgot about it but she told me someone did put me set my appointment. (not sure what really happened.) I was never offered to set an appointment. They applied numbing cream on my face, They had me read the care procedure and signed a consent form. I was done with my Halo laser face procedure in about 30 minutes. During my procedure someone walked and talked to Joy and I thought was rude since I was in pain and she was in the middle of working on my face. I was in a lot of pain of after. Joy did cool my skin and was very nice. They didn't give me any take home written advice of how to take care of my face other than a few samples of Aquaphor ointment. They did verbally tell me to applying sunscreen and staying out of the sun as much possible. I did received a friendly call by Joy and she was able to answer a few questions for me. The scabbing on my face has gone away. I noticed she missed several areas I needed targeting with the laser. Such as, the darkness around the corners of my mouth, couple of sun spots on my cheeks and nose. I have nice new skin, my pores are smaller however now it looks still uneven because of the areas she didn't hit with the laser and I think those dark spots are more noticeable. That's very disappointing to me and I paid 1200.00 dollars. For this amount money I should have received a better job on my face. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending anyone else. I highly value customer service and quality of work and I have to admit they did not meet my expectations.

I agree with you 100% the care you got was a F-minus. this industry has become so big. people are in it for the money and not caring. its so very sad. I stand behind you 2000%. I have been in the aesthetics industry since 1993. This is happening all to much.

Didn’t they tell you it might take more than one procedures? When I had mine done, hats what they told me.
I don’t really think it’s worth the money.
