I'm your typical small framed asian girl with small boobs, 5 ft tall, 105 lbs 34 A before I had kids. My breasts went from an A cup to a D cup when breastfeeding both my kids, and of course shrank back to 34 AA...basically loose skin on my chest. went to 3 different doctors before I decided on Dr Hankins in Las Vegas. 6 days post op, pleased with the results so far! my breast width diameter is only a 10 so all 3 doctors I consulted said that the largest cup size my anatomy should allow is a C, which was my target size. I went with natrelle high profile 365 on my right and doctor sized me with 345 on the left during surgery due to my breast asymmetry. when i first saw them i thought they were smaller than what i sized for, but its because theyre still riding high. theyve dropped some since post op day 1 but still pretty hard as expected. i still get spasms here and there especially when i move my arms more than i should. ive got bruising on the incision site but icing has helped with the discomfort a TON!

still sore, have been running a low grade fever under 99.5 and shot up to 100.7 with flu like symptoms last night. gonna see Ps today. The sports bra I was in was a 34 but too small and riding up into my incision, so i had to get a 36 but even that felt tight too. a lot of people are asking if 365 are small...when i first saw them and they were riding high I really thought i chose too small of a size. I was going for a full C cup. the one on the right has dropped more than the one on the left so far, the one on the left still riding high and harder. right now theyre a good size but elongated, so when they eventually both drop and become rounder I think theyll project out further. since they seem to project more forward as they drop. my goal was to be a size C and just buy a nice push up bra to be a D, dont think I wanna carry around too heavy of silicones 24 hrs a day. cant wait til they look more symmetrical! ill update with another pic in 1 week.
