I was interested in the Coolsculping procedure to loss some stubborn abdomen fat. I called Dr.Burgess and from the moment Lacey answered the phone I know this was the right office for me. I had my personal consult within a couple days of calling the office. Ashton the RN who does the Coolsculping procedures explained to me the process of the procedures, and did an exam to make sure I was a good canident for the treatment. She was fantastic. She has had advance training at Coolsculping Headquarters and made me feel very confident in doing the treatment. All the staff at Dr Burgess's office very professional and knowable. Within a couple days I had my first treat. Ashton walked with thru what was going to happen thru out my treat and post treatment. I found the treatment very easy and once the machine was going I was able to relax and enjoy some magazines. Each treatment area takes 1 hour so I was in the office for 4 hours ( full abdomen ). The staff was very comforting and attentive to me while I was there. Within 1 month I started seeing amazing results!! I did decide to have a second treatments because I was so happy with the first and wanted to take my reasults to the next level. Am loving the flat tummy I have now!! I have since referred 3 family member to the office. They too are thrilled with the results and the office.
