Why did I wait so long?!
I’m in my 30’s and have always wanted to get a labiaplasty but was always nervous about surgery and the recovery… but WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG?!
The doctor and his office were extremely professional and took the time to meet with my family and I. They showed me several before an after images and explained the process. After I had my surgery, the doctor personally called me from his cell phone every day to make sure how my recovery was going.. which I thought was very thoughtful. I’ve had surgery before and none of the other doctors have ever called me to follow up.
So the recovery I’m not gonna lie I was pretty intense. I would suggest looking at your period calendar to make sure it doesn’t fall within the recovery week.. I didn’t check and was super excited to book the surgery and completely forgot that I was going to have my period that week but that’s my fault.
Overall, I’m very happy with the results and wish I would have done this in my early 20s.. thank you doctor!!
