Exceptional Experience with Dr. Patel and Her Staff!

From the first time I met Dr. Patel and her staff I was truly impressed. She’s down to professional, very personable and informative. I had a labiaplasty and perineal repair done by another doctor. It wasn’t done properly and I was very distraught looking for a surgeon to help me and do a revision. I couldn’t find a doctor who was confident that anything could be done to fix the situation. At the consultation with Dr. Patel I had a lot of questions but she answered the majority of them before I even had to ask as well as inform me of pros and cons for each option. She made me feel like she was a friend looking out for my best interest and truly cared.
I put great trust in Dr. Patel and thankful I did. Everything went smoothly and I’m very happy with the outcome. During the procedure I was awake and numb. I didn’t experience any pain at all and she spoke to me throughout the surgery as well as keep me comfortable and even smiling. After the surgery I was brought into the recovery room where her staff was extremely friendly, caring and professional. Dr. Patel checked on me too. The recovery wasn’t bad. I had some mild pain and swelling which was to be expected. I was surprised because the surgery I had with previous surgeon was a painful recovery and much different overall. Dr. Patel also gave me her cell phone number to contact her if I needed to ask questions or had concerns during the healing process. This was very comforting as well.
Overall I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience, Dr. Patel as both a person and doctor, her staff and everything overall. I’m very fortunate to be her patient and will continue to be.
