Excellent Experience with Op and Recovery

I had consulted with Dr K in April and had the op done in June 2025. Pain was very minimal ( similar to minor period cramping, perhaps to a lesser degree though much messier - I did with the occasional ibuprofen only even though I was prescribed stronger painkillers ). Immediately post op i took an uber home - a little foggy, but I was able to finish some light chores around the house before bed.

I was able to get back to work (office, mostly sitting) next week, about 3 days post-op. I restarted my daily yoga practice ( gentle poses, stretching ) at about week 2, and went back to swimming at end of week 4.

Dr. K made me feel safe and heard during the process and her staff are all very lovely and professional.
