Have done bellafil for acne scars and in some areas it was overfilled so the NP said kybella would help. Huge burns on my cheek and chin. She is saying it’s normal I’ve never seen this and am freaking out.

Definitely not normal. That is necrotic tissue, please see a Dermatologist immediately.

not normal, and its not supposed to be used to dissolve fillers, there are other injectables for that- using kybella to dissolve fillers is completely off label and not what it is supposed to treat. Whoever you used has no idea what they were doing. You need to see a double board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon right away. I'm so sorry you're going through this!!
