Please accept my sincere apologies for your experience. You are correct that $1200 is the typical cost of an initial TWO vial treatment ($600/vial), which is the typical initial amount for most patients. There was miscommunication on our end which resulted in you mistakenly being charged for two vials instead of a single vial. Please know that my staff and I would never have any intention of taking advantage of our patients. I know my office manager already reached out and has issued a refund.

I paid 1,200.00 for one vial of kybella that the doctor recommended and it did nothing at all. After calling around and doing some research I was charged double for that one vial. I am very disappointed and feel taken advantage of. I wish I would of did more research and called around before hand. They also wanted another 600.00 for a second vial. So 1,800.00 for 2 vials of kybella. I declined I was already over charged. Other clinics where shocked when I told them what I was charged when I started calling around for a new doctor.
