Dr. Scott Loessin did an amazing job on my neck lift. Very detailed prior to the procedure (down to the possible negative side effects, as well as what to expect -- prior, during, and after the procedure), Dr. Loessin is a true professional, worthy of much praise.
From the initial office consultation, to the actual procedure, Dr. Loessin and his nurse, Carolyn, made me feel comfortable and allayed any fears I might have had about the procedure.
Dr. Loessin's entire surgical team, assembled in the surgical suite, each made a concerted effort to explain the role each would play during my procedure. I was overwhelmed by their kindness, the time each took with me, and their ability to make me so comfortable while being prepped for the procedure, once on the table, and after the procedure.
The after-care I received by Dr. Loessin and his staff, was absolutely-amazing! He and his staff showed true concern -- even to the point where Dr. Loessin took every call from my husband and me, and made certain that all was going normally with my post-surgical healing. No question was too "small" or ignored.
Dr. Loessin and his assitant even offered to make a house call the day following the procedure (to ensure that I did not have to be inconvenienced by being driven to the office for follow-up (head bandages off, etc.) If you've ever had cosmetic surgery, typically, the day after is the most difficult to get around -- How impressive to offer to come to me on this post-surgery day!
I am no stranger to cosmetic surgery, so I will tell you that when considering cosmetic surgery, you would be choosing one of the best cosmetic surgeons you could possibly find when you select Dr. Loessin.
