Highly Recommended

I read bad reviews about the staff about how people have to wait 2 hours before they're even called I did not have that experience. My experience with Pleasant showed up to my pre-op visit about 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time I was called about 15 minutes after I had arrived. I discussed payments with a woman named Jennifer Agosto she was very nice she was a little confused as to who I was because she had the wrong chart pulled up but no problem easy fix we moved on to discussing what was missing in regards to my payment. The receptionist who greeted me initially is also named Jen she was very nice very pleasant and very kind she was efficient and she was quick and her nails are beautiful she gave me the number to her Nail Tech. The medical assistant that I met her name Aniuska helps me to understand the concept of the size of the implant that I wanted I walked in wanting less than 450 cc's but when I walked out I knew I wanted more than that from her help. I only met dr. Loessin for about 5 minutes 30 minutes before surgery or maybe even less than that. he was quick but you didn't rush me Dairy direct asked me what I wanted understood what I wanted and spun around and left he told me I was up next the visit went so fast that I had to catch him in the hallway open up my door and telling him that I wanted for 485cc he told me the implants I want it only went up to 470 I didn't have time to ask him why but I am not unhappy with the result. I highly recommend CG cosmetics to anyone looking to get work done Dr Loessin is a savant. After surgery about 7 hours later I noticed I had bleeding I didn't know that this was routine there may be some bleeding so I called the after hours and disclose my concern Dr loessin return my phone call within 10 minutes and reassured me that this was normal and to change the gauze and apply pressure . I only poor experience during this whole event was having to deal with the surgical coordinator Katherine she's a fast-talking car lot salesman and she's always fragmented she is lives by Faking It till you make it my only advice for her would be to slow down and realize who she is speaking with before she starts speaking. The post-op staff the receptionist's name we cannot remember but I know her name starts with an m and the doctor I seen we're both very pleasant the doctor has seen was the opposite of doctor loessin she was calm and she was clear and she gave me the time that I needed to understand and she answered all my questions. She did advise me that I could go home and get the stitches taken out by my primary care doctor but she highly recommended that I stay one more extra day and have them taken out by then so I rearrange my flight and I will see them again on Wednesday I had no bad experience with CG cosmetic again the only experience I had was poor was with the surgical coordinator who I forgot to mention told me they would take my care credit but then the next week said she wouldn't take it bc it was less that 1,500 on the card. I am 2 days post op I sleep alot but I am not in unbearable pain like I was when I woke up. My chest feels engorged my suture lines are where my pain is but today the pain is less than what it was yesterday.
