I had my first augmentation in 2006 with 325cc saline plants. I really feel my first surgeon over disected my pockets causing my implants to bottom out almost immediately after surgery. I visited several surgeons in North Texas over the course of several years to see what my options were with correcting the bottomed out implants. Many consultations left me feeling hopeless. I heard everything from nothing can be done to having multiple surgeries to correct the problem. Luckly, i had a friend that strongly recommended I make an appointment with Dr. Rumalla.
Dr. Rumalla was able to repair my pocket with a crease lift, exchange my 325cc saline implants with 500cc silicone implants. He used a high profile implant that filled my pocket. I now have beautiful breast with cleavage. I love them!
