Terrible service - I was not given my 2 syringes of Juvederm Ultra XC Plus

Liz . The injector who uses Juvéderm did not administer any hyaluronic acid to go on with smoothing the lips and filler in the wrinkles. Would she have treated the area the volume of my lips would have increased and been smooth and unnoticeable? What I did receive after she aimlessly placed the needle in my face was the disgusting side effects of the needles and not 2 syringes of Juvéderm Ultra XC Plus. I was not given my 2 syringes of JUVEDERM Ultra XC Plus. JUVEDERM is the most expensive filler on the market. I told my doctor and on 6/16/22 visited a Nurse Practitioner with injectables experience. I reached out to them on Thursday and Yana Skin told me to send them pictures of the area. I did and the receptionist told me Liz would be at the facility Saturday. On Saturday 6/18/22 she used an iPad to take my picture and told me she could see nothing wrong with the area they used the needles. Liz the injector and Yana skin care refused to acknowledge the side effects of no results being seen after 7 days. What typically happens when the injector makes a mistake on patients after administering filler is it should be dissolved with another solution. I was told by Liz and Yana skin care manager we are not dissolving anything you didn’t get Juvéderm she became agitated and aggressive and said do something better like come back and there would be another injector because she had other clients that need to be seen.
