Botched. I have never experienced any issues like this

This is my second time getting injections from Trevor. I’ve been getting fillers for a long time and have never experienced any issues like this. I had a large shelf above my lip which I noticed looking in the mirror at my appointment. When I asked if it would stay that way he told me to use a qtip and push towards my lips, odd. Two weeks later the giant shelf was still there and my lips hurt. No filler in the lower half of my top lip but tons of filler outside of my lip line. I had to schedule another appointment to get it dissolved where I was made to feel like it wasn’t his fault and I somehow did something wrong when he clearly injected outside of my lip line or right on it causing most of the juvederm to be outside of my lips. I have a big bruise on my face from the dissolver and I STILL have a shelf above my lip. I also noticed something weird going on with my eye area after Botox. I got a refund for the juvederm but I’m unhappy with the way I was treated by this office and the way that Trevor spoke to me and tried to shift blame instead of admitting he gave me bad injections. I will be going elsewhere to get this fixed now.
