I went to Charlotte Plastic Surgery and got under eye filler done by Dr. Jack Scheur and ended up with an awful black eye. I feel like this was a result of poor technique and could have been prevented! I have had this procedure done several times before and NEVER had something like this happen... not even from nurse injectors doing the injections!
