So I started grinding when I was in college. And then it never stopped. Had to get my teeth fixed and a retainer to stop the night grinding. So when I decided to go in and get botox for my jaw, it was a no brainer that Dr. Pavlou would explain to me that my muscles will relax and my face shape would change.
And boy did it! Best decision I made to help me get back to a feminine face.
