Bedside manner terrible. He would not listen when I tried from the first cancellation to explain it was not what I wanted or was promised. He told me I was swollen. But with swelling I would have looked tighter than I looked. I told him how much $s I would pay. We both agreed on the price. He said he would do what I wanted plus extras at no cost. And I said NO I liked my face except the 2places I was there to have done. After 3rd month he promised to redo, pull tighter at his expense until I came back for a surgery date at 4th month when he all but threw me out of the office. Even telling everyone of his helpers that I was not to speak to Carol. The lady who takes your pmnt. I have asked for my med records and have not received them to this date. I am sueing. He did not do what he agreed to do and disrespected me in front of the people in his office while yelling and telling me to leave his office. Even telling me I was a pain in his ass 3times during 3rd cancellation
