My breast were uneven in size,droopy and small. I had to wear extremely padded bras to even them out. My self esteem was low due to this. I looked around on the internet and found my doctor. Im really glad I choose him. He made me feel comfortable about who I was before my surgery. I am post-op 3wks and I was starting to get concerned about the size of my breast. I asked for D cup and I bought a bra and its a C cup and it fit me perfectly. I was a little upset at this point. I was always small chested and figured if I was gonna buy boobs I was gonna go big. My husband says my breast are very nice and the size is great and I shouldn't go bigger. "He" is very happy with them lol. My right breast has somewhat dropped at this point but my left is staying high. I called my doctors office and spoke with them about this and decided to give them the time they need to settle into place. Although I was wish my breast were bigger there is a chance my skin may not have been able to stretch enough for more than I got. I'm still happy with my choice and like the way they are starting to look. I'm hoping in the end that I'm going to be even happier!

I lobe my new breasts! Although I wish they were bigger. Lol. I called my doc's office and they explained that my skin may not have been able to adapt to much more than what I received but looking at before and after of other patients that had less than me in their before it makes me a Lil disappointed.

Thank you! I love them at this size and they really do fit my frame. I think its one of the best decisions I have ever made. I can proudly wear a bathing suit and not have to cover up because my right side would be flat and my left wasn't.

Are your implants under or over muscle?

They look remarkable. What was the deciding factor to go this route. I have heard you lose nipple sensitivity but have heard that happens regardless if you go under the breast or armpit.

I had saline implants which can be filled once they are put in. So he went through my nipples to avoid scarring and actually they are more sensitive than ever. Thanks I'm really happy with them.

Congratulations! I think the size is quite lovely on you! When you have a chance, be sure to "update" your review with the type, size and location of your implants. Thank you so much. I believe when I completely healed that I will be very very happy with them. I could use some help with my review. This is the first time I have done anything like this. I absolutely love this website. It has been so helpful.

I think they honestly would look "cheap" if you went bigger...just my two cents!!! Don't doubt yourself for even one second...they are big and fabulous!!!

I don't think I will be going bigger. I quite happy with the way they are. I think they suit my body. And let's hope they don't look cheap at this size lol. They still have a lot of healing and dropping to do. Im hoping they look really nice when they do.

Thank you! I was worried about getting mine done at 46 but then I thought these are for me. Can't wait for them to drop. I'm hoping they don't look "cheap" when its done. I wish a happy 50th! Treat yourself to a great gift! You will not regret it!

My girls are looking much better today. My muscle on my left breast doesn't seem to be as tight thank goodness. Have had a little dropping.

I think you look great! I am 14 weeks PO and my left still dropped a bit even in the 3rd month. I, like you have one a tad bigger than the other but the more I read the more I see that it's really rare to get the 2 to look exactly the same. I wanted a full C and ended up with a D or DD, but only by measurement, I don't look that big in clothing.

I had 320cc high profile saline implants placed in through my nipples. I wanted a D cup but believe I'm going to end up a full C. My breast were a good bit diff in size b pre-op but I believe my doctor did a great job on them. I can bigger if I choose.
