I highly highly highly recommend Dr. Trimas. He is extrememly knowledgeable about facial surgery. I had a rhino/septoplasty 2 months ago and am very happy with my results. He made me look very natural and it is exactly what I wanted (I can breath)!!! I would say that if you are thinking about a face surgery that he is the one to go to.
