Upturned and short piggy nose

Sorry guys. It’s been a long time and I really wanted to wait before giving a final review. And I know this whole process is very exhausting and most of you are looking for answers and before after pics just as much as I was over a year ago. So I definitely didn’t want to let anybody down. It’s been well over a year and I must say I’m happy with my nose, but still find it upturned a bit. I asked the dr about the alarplasty and he said to come back and he could do it. I’m not sure if that would make me happier or it will make it worse. Let me share some pics and you guys can tell me what you think. I still think my nostrils are bigger and it would look cuter if they were smaller and maybe it would help it not look as upturned. It definitely has gone down and isn’t as upturned and swollen. So give it some time. It took well over a year for most of the swelling to go away. Don’t make fast decisions for revision. It needs time to heal and I think it looks way different than when I first saw it as you can see from my pics. Most of my friends say it’s cute and small and looks feminine. Ppl who don’t know me say they would have not guessed I had a nose job and that it looks natural and suits my face. I have to admit: it definitely looks better than before, but I’m still not totally happy. I am going to turkey soon and will have a consultation and let you guys know what he recommends and what’s next for me in this chapter. Please feel free to give me feedback. It’s still very short and upturned, but it definitely has less swelling and fits my face a bit better. I got my eyebrows microbladed and that makes the nose look a bit longer since we put the brows more up. You can see it’s short and upturned in the pics I took from mirror . It’s still hard so I think I still got healing to do and will try to update again

Still not happy, but getting used to it. My nose too is still hard, so I hope it will drop more until it fully heals. I find my nostrils way to big for the size of nose I have. Especially from the side you can see, they are so long. Do you guys think alarplasty could help? Been thinking about that a lot. Maybe it would make it look a lil less upturned and give me smaller nostrils
