Sharing a before and after picture
The before picture was only taken yesterday (26.04.17)
But guys honestly that's the difference, my upper lip hardly had any space because my old nose (lol) was pressed right down on it. Also would like to highlight how I never had a bridge it wasn't distinctive at all and you can see how my surgeon (Dr Hakan Gence) has given me a narrow bridge with height, lifted my tip and narrowed my nostrils.
Oh and the reason as to why the before picture is so light was because I was standing in the sun on holiday ????????????

I apologise in advance for the essay but this is an experience close to my heart and I would appreciate anyone who is considering rhinoplasty to give 5minutes to read this. Initially my journey started when I was 9 I am 24 now, I broke my nose and it never bothered me at first as I was young. However growing up I hated my nose, it was definetly something that made me feel insecure and let down.
My nose was very flat, wide and clearly bent. There was a lot wrong, therefore when I turned 18 I had my non cosmetic rhinoplasty on the NHS, however sadly I broke my nose after 2 days again. I was then re listed and had a second revision. I had the same surgeon again and he ruined my nose, my nose within a year had gone back to its old shape and I had more new deformities such as the cartilage that was added to give my nose height had slipped to the side and just looked like a bubble on the side of my nose, my septum was deviating, I started to get a hump on my bridge, my nose looked like it was collapsing.
I was sooo unhappy for years and was also really scared To go for a third revision because I knew it could be risky.
I accepted the situation but not how much I disliked my nose, further more last Septemeber 2016 I had started my laser treatment with Esteworld (Birmingham) and got to know Syka Ashfaq who gave me very detailed information in regards to surgeries within the Turkey branch. I must admit I was a little hesitant firstly but then I started my own research as coming from a nursing background I understood the possibilities with my nose. I then had a consultation booked through Syka with Sam Cinkir who is a lovely and helpful man, he has honestly been such a support even after my surgery.
I then was happy and booked my surgery last year Novemeber 2016 which soon came to April which was my surgery date. I flew out on the 12th and had my surgery on the 13th, I cannot even express how I feel everything I asked for was done in regards to, straightening, narrowing, lifting and getting rid of excess tip it was all done and yes guys this was my third revision!!! However I was realistic throughout my whole experience as I knew my options were limited in essence to previous scar tissue in the nose, but one of my major issues were how wide my nose was and honestly it's changed soo much the width is how i want and my nostril shape is exactly how I wanted it too. If this is my third revision and he has done such a great job guys I would recommend to have your first surgeries with him as the results will be pleasing. My friend too experience this first hand as we both had the same surgeon on the NHS therefore she's now looked at my results and booked with Dr Hakan gence too.
It has been such a journey and everyday I am loving my results more and more. It's all I wanted.

Overall as expected I was very very nervous on my consultation and went ahead with my surgery, Dr Hakan Gence was amazing he came in informed me of the procedure, risks and what could be done. Everything was done so quick and the nursing team was excellent can not fault them. Dr Hakan Gence is unique, I have worked with many doctors and not experienced someone like him, he is an artist within himself. Literally life changing Thank you very much.
