I had both my nose and breast done by Dr. Hakan. Absolutely the best thing I have ever done for myself. I will keep it short and sweet, however if anyone has any questions about either procedure, recovery time, my travels to Turkey for the surgery etc. don't hesitate to comment or reach out. I cannot recommend Dr. Hakan enough. I felt very safe and understood all throughout the process and he made sure that I knew, that he understood my wishes. I will attach photos but keep in mind that I got surgery only two weeks ago, and therefore I am nowhere near fully healed! One photo is before surgery, one is 3 days post op and the final one is 10 days post op!

I got both my breast and nose done by Dr. Hakan about two weeks ago. The entire process went flawlessly and I am so so so happy with my procedures; even though my nose is still swollen and nowhere near fully healed. I will attach photos, but keep in mind that the after photos are taken 7-10 days post op and therefore won't show quite how nice the nose will look once fully healed. I cannot recommend Dr. Hakan enough! he truly is wildly talented and understands his patients wishes and wants while setting a realistic expectation. I am very grateful and I feel so much more confident than before - even when I wore the cast!

I had my revision rhinoplasty on July 12 th in Turkey. My primary was in Romania 13 years ago and in time my nose begin to look pointy and with a dent on my left nostril. My skin is very very thick, i had a lot of scar tissue from my previous rhino and Dr Gence told me that the doctor that did my first intervention did a poorly job. I liked very much my nose in the beginning but now i feel that is to pushed down. Maybe am i crazy, i don' t now. But i really want your opinion. Some days i like my nose, some days i don't. I saw Dr Gence one week ago( he came to Romania) and he told me that if i want, in 2 years he can make my nose more little. I wanted the tip of the nose more up. I' m smilling while i write this review because one day ago i read here about a girl who did a primary rhino, also in Turkey, and she was complaining about her tip being to high. So, i'm going to put my before and after and wait for your opinions. Updated on 26 Aug 2020: So, my nose doesn t look good at all. The swelling covered all the imperfections. My nose is crooked and my nasal bones are showing. I started to reaserch doctors for my revision next year. I have to wait one more year because i have thick skin. I am 13 months now from my previous revision. I spoke with Dr Erkan Soylu and Dr Saban Celebi. If you have any informations about them, i will be thankfull. Dr Soylu told me what is wrong with my nose, what can be done. They are both good with revisions so is very hard to choose. Although Dr Soylu makes the nosese shorter and with the round tip like i want. Updated on 3 Jan 2021: I don t like with my result. My nose looks crooked, i can t breath and my tip dropped too much. Looks down. I started to speak with other doctors but some refused my revision because of my thick skin. I m down to Sureyya Seneldir, Taskin and Erkan Soylu.

Had a really great experience with the best doctor and best team . I felt at ease during the process and i really love my new nose . I can breathe perfectly and never felt pain. I recommend Dr Hakan Gence.

I had an amazing experience, I am so happy with the outcome of my surgery and I would definitely recommend Dr. Hakan Gence. The process was simple and everything has been arranged for you from the minute you land at the airport to when you leave. The team was very friendly and helpful and helped me feel at ease with the surgery. I am so happy with the surgery and did not feel any pain. Everyone is different but for me there was barely any bruising (it went away after 2 days) and there was barely any swelling so I was so happy. I can’t stop looking at my nose now and I feel so much more confident and happy, his work is amazing and has made my nose fit my face shape and look so natural. Thank you so much!

Dr.Hakan and his lovely assistant Bahar they were very kind,approachable and explained the itinerary to me perfectly. 'Attention to details'is the key factor and I must strongly admit that Dr.Hakan delivered this successfully!! I had such a good experience with my rhinoplasty surgery, that took place one month ago in Istanbul. Everything was very smooth. Dr Hakan has magic hands and I trusted him a lot. Before the surgery, while taking my photos, he told me what can be improved regarding my nose, and it was exactly what I had in mind. Such a good chemistry. Everybody took great care of me in the hospital, I didn’t have any kind of pain. Although I will be able to see the final results after 6 months, even now after 4 weeks I love my nose and I am really happy it has such a natural shape.
