WORTH IT$7,800
I had a breast augmentation 8 years ago and absolutely loved them. They were saline and 489 filled to 500. I was 125 lbs at that time, a B cup and went to a DD. I gained weight which put me at a DDD and made them look even better, although after losing some of the weight again I had some dropping. I could benefit from a lift but was fine with how they were until one ruptured. I was quite anxious about getting them redone as I had to find a new doctor. I searched real self and yelp and found several qualified doctors but decided on Dr. Andrew Smith in Irvine. He is so warm and kind yet confident and decisive and really listened to me and didn't try to bully me into getting a lift (as another doctor who reminded me more of a car salesman did). His staff is amazing as well, kind and bubbly, you feel as if you have your friends there with you. I decided to go with silicone this time and he said I would need 525 and high profile to be equal to 500 of saline I originally had. I decided to go a little bigger cuz why not? the 500s looked great and rather natural, I knew my body could handle bigger and he agreed, although he doesn't like to do above 650 due to complications so we agreed on that. (He said after the fact that it was rather impressive how well my pockets accept large implants, so I guess my boyfriend was right about me being built for big boobs lol) surgery was a breeze and since it was my second I didn't have that up to my neck look and no pain. It's only day 4 but I feel confident I'm going to love them. They're still a little hard and the deflated side is higher but I feel really great and have no concerns. Dr Smith is highly qualified, has great reviews from all his patients, and has the best personality and staff. I would recommend him to anyone. I will update further as I heal.
