Last update

Apologies for my silence.

After horrible side effects and a long road I am happy to announce that I got my face back. I finished the course in February and I never got over 30 mg dose, I felt too sick to take more. I had it all: very painful dry eyes (no drops would help, I was taking at least 15 min in the morning to open them because they were so dry), nausea, bad fatigue, dermatitis on my hands and legs... I did not increase a dose because I wasn't able to deal with this.. in December in went from 30 to 20 and finished my courselves 2 months after. 4 weeks after I was able to get my eyes back, I no longer have any dermatitis and what most important - I don't have any acne.

I am still on dianette pill and I am afraid that acne will be back once I am off it, but indo have hopes that it went away forever... my next step would be getting rid of my post acne marks, I have a lot of them but I don't really care now. It is so nice not to have acne, redness, pain and I am no longer embarrassed to face the world.

I will update my picture for your review as soon as possible.

Thanks

Finally...

Well, what can I say. My initial dose of 10 mg / 30 days finally kicked in. I am no longer hating what I see in the mirror. I had 1 pimple ( period one!), and old ones finally disappearing. Girls in work noticed how dramatically my skin changed. Of course I still have a lot of redness but at least I don't have massive bumps on my face, and last one seem to go away day by day, I am amazed! My lips are in [RS bleep] (sorry) condition and I do miss my lipsticks, but I don't care. My dermatitis also claming down now, I was prescribed a cream to treat it.

I have to admit, 1st month wasn't pleasant. But, so far I have no regrets about starting Roaccutane and when my antiroaccutane mum saw me 2 days ago she also said I look fantastic.

P.S. apologizes for upside down photos, no idea how to change it
