The procedure went well and I finally had a beautiful nipple

I had an inverted nipple for 17+ years and I was always self-conscience about it. It gave me really low self-esteem and a negative self-image. Even though my husband did not see a flaw, I still hated having it. I did research early on about inverted nipples and most sites said it was no big deal and nothing to worry about and basically to embrace it. That gave me mixed feelings. But none the less, I didn’t do anything about it and just let it be. It affected my love life. I always felt deformed and unattractive. And I lived with that for a long time. Then I realized I needed something positive in my life, something to be happy about and I was fed up with how I was feeling about my nipple. That’s when I decided to get serious about having a procedure to get it fixed. I’m kicking myself in the butt now for waiting as long as I did! I had a great experience and got the outcome I desired. Working with Dr. Nyame was great. He took the time to get to know me and my husband and was very personable. He explained the procedure and actually drew out a picture of what he would do which was nice and helped me understand the procedure better. The procedure went well and I finally had a beautiful nipple. There was soreness for a while, but lessened over time. There were 2 follow up appointments after the procedure to make sure everything was healing as planned. Even in the follow up appointments, Dr. Nyame took his time with me and made sure I was doing good and answered all my questions. I never felt like I was just another patient to him. I recommend this procedure and Dr. Nyame to anyone who is going through the same thing I went through. It’s worth it.
