Updated review after inverted nipple surgery

Hello. My original review of this team was very positive and I still stand by that You can find my first review below. However, 4 years after surgery, my nipples frustratingly have reinverted. At the time, I was told that if this happened the surgery would be performed again free of charge. Therefore I booked another consultation. During this consultation, I was told that this was only the case within 12 months of the procedure, which was not made clear to me at the time. This was something that no other surgery had offered me so it was a huge deciding factor in choosing this practice. The option was now to pay full price for the procedure again, which felt disappointing and a little unfair. I wanted to write this update as I think it is important that it is clear to other prospective clients.

I’ve been wanting to get this surgery done for a while but having met up with a couple of surgeons I have been unsure of whether to go ahead or not. However from the moment that I walked into Mr Murphys office for my consultation I was made to feel at ease. Every person I spoke to, from his receptionist to Mr Murphy himself was just so kind and caring that I knew straight away I felt ready for the procedure. The procedure itself is really simple and pretty painless. After I’d had it done I honestly couldn’t believe I’d spent so much time fretting about it because it was just so straight forward and easy. It takes about 30 minutes and then a week or two for your nipples to recover to the point where they’re not feeling tender!I am so pleased with the results and would strongly recommend anyone thinking about having this procedure done to go to Mr Murphy and his team as they just filled me with confidence from start to finish.
