Completely Changed my Confidence in my Body

Dr Karoo was so welcoming, I was extremely embarrassed about my grade 3 inverted nipples that I’d had since birth, I had been shamed and callously insulted by ex partners regarding this defect and it had been used as a way of demeaning me, this led to the feelings of embarrassment and shame. I just wanted to feel womanly when I was topless and not worry what anyone would say if they saw my breasts, this included mammograms, when wearing a bather, even spray tans, I was very uncomfortable in my own skin and hated summer and thin tops without a padded bra. Dr Karoo explained everything in depth, I was very relaxed about the surgery because he was so relaxed, and even during surgery I did not feel any form of embarrassment and due to the professional but friendly way Dr Karoo is with his patients I had complete faith and trust in his skills. Surgery was quick and painless, the only part that did hurt was the local anaesthetic going in, after that I felt no pain at all. Healing was quick and with very minimal bruising, and when I went back a week later I was overjoyed with the results. If you didn’t know I’d had surgery you’d never tell, there’s no scars and it looks perfectly normal, I wish I’d had them done in my 20’s instead of waiting until my 50’s, the price was really reasonable and I cannot believe I waited so long to do it. If this is something that you feel embarrassed about please have the procedure, it’s so quick and makes such a difference. And the confidence afterwards is worth everything.
