Called in today to see if I could resume a light workout and was told by the receptionist not until my next appointment (July 29th). Really?! I'm getting fluffy, my anniversary is coming and I can only go on walk (which I already do). All my progress from my preop is going away, I'm so mad. I'm 3 weeks & 3 days postoperative I don't want to do anything over the top, I simply want to do stairs and abs! *rant over

Hi, did you go with silicone this time ? Do you like the feel better ? Wondering cuz I am also going to change from saline to silicone. Any difference besides saline rippling ? Thanks for sharing !

I notice they are lighter in weight in addition to the pack of rippling. They feel a bit bouncier, I love the implant, but I did like my others too. :)

Thanks for sharing cocorae, I hope I don't have any regrets when I change to silicone . My saline never did ripple but I hear silicone feels more natural. With saline I could feel some sloshing sometimes, I suppose silicone wouldn't slosh since it's not water , do you notice a different look now compared to when you first got saline ? Are they any different in projection or shape ?

Congratulations on your breast implant revision! You look great! I understand you want to get moving again but I would suggest you follow your doctor's instructions. You wouldn't want to risk ruining your beautiful new look! ;)

You look awesome! Try not to rush the workout. Increasing your blood pressure can impede healing at this early stage on the inside. Meantime, keeping your food clean will eliminate the fluff, lol.
Try to avoid processed white sugar, white flour, processed food and sodium. Clean while foods will get you through then at 6 weeks the gym will enhance those results. Good luck and silicone is awesome!

Stitches and steri strips are gone, loving the result. So nice to have a pair that match again. Loving silicone!
