33, 2 Kids, Second BA Replaced Saline with Silicone

My first surgery was in 2000 and I chose saline implants, under the muscle. Very pleased with my first set. Two years ago I was working out and ruptured my left implant, it did not deflate fully until 2 years later and I wasn't in a rush for a "redo" because my doctor wasn't concerned due to them being saline and to be frank, I didn't want to spend the extra money. It came to the point where the implant nearly fully deflated and was becoming very sharp so I went ahead and scheduled the surgery.

I decided on cohesive gel and went a bit smaller to 616cc this time around. I am very pleased with the result and LOVE the fact the new implants don't have any rippling when I bend at the waist.

Stitches and steri strips are gone, loving the result. So nice to have a pair that match again. Loving silicone!
